Yes, Cadence is free today — no subscription, no ads, no in-app purchases. Pricing may change eventually as the app grows, and if it does, we'll give users notice in advance. Anything free today stays free.
How does the AI coach work?
Cadence uses advanced AI to understand your goals, analyze your HealthKit data, and create personalized workout and nutrition plans that adapt as you progress. It's not a static template — every day it's learning more about you.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Cadence works great with just your iPhone. An Apple Watch enhances tracking with HRV, heart rate, and recovery data — but it's not required.
What data does Cadence collect?
Only what you choose to share. Your HealthKit data stays on your device and is sent securely to your AI coach for personalized insights. We don't sell your data, ever.
